With the ever increasing requirements of our educational system, most parents are thinking, “No, I will not join the rest of the parents in the ‘kiasu’ crowd. I will let my child enjoy their childhood happily”

Henceforth, they might not teach the child anything or bring the child to any enrichment programme. In this situation, their formal learning will then begin with few hours a day at maybe nursery or kindergarten onwards. This however, could be the cause of increased stress of the child when they are older.
